Nahrungsergänzungsmittel
Anwendung
Mischen Sie einen Esslöffel (6 g) Psylliumpulver in ein Glas Wasser, rühren Sie um und trinken Sie es sofort zu einer Mahlzeit.
Vorsicht, Psyllium quillt bis zum 50-fachen seines Volumens auf, daher sollten Sie die empfohlene Dosis nicht überschreiten.
